Wekiva Elementary is a special place where teachers, staff and students can laugh, grow and learn together. Visitors to our school note the positive energy when they walk through our doorways. Our parents generously volunteer their time to work with students and support the school by raising money for various projects that help to improve our school. It is truly a community effort. -
About Wekiva
Wekiva Elementary was built in 1978 and is located in the heart of the Wekiva subdivision, a golf community of 1500 homes with winding bike paths, two small lakes, three parks, tennis courts, and nature trails. We currently serve 700 students in PreK-5. We have been named one of the top 100 high-performing elementary schools in Florida and are proud to have earned an A grade ten years in row!
