Staff members give ABC Awards (Academics, Behavior, Citizenship) to students setting a good example. The top portion is a certificate that students may take home. The bottom portion is filled out and placed in a drawing jar in the office. Each month a drawing is held and eight (8) students in kindergarten, first grade and second grade are selected. Eight (8) students from third, fourth, and fifth grade are also selected.

The lucky winners are treated to lunch with Mr. Pfeiffer and Ms. Robinson courtesy of our business partner, Papa John's Pizza. Kindergarten, first and second graders eat lunch at 11:30 and third, fourth and fifth grade students eat lunch at 12:30. Students anxiously await the announcement about ABC Lunch! The names are announced on KNN (Koala News Network) early in the week of the luncheon.
